Submissions for the proposed Ryman Retirement Village abutting Dorset Street Flats, on the old Bishopspark site, close next Wednesday (14 October).
As a group, we have some concerns around height, closeness to the boundary, sparseness of design of the end walls, and disrespect for the historic nature of the flats, among others.
The mockup we commissioned illustrates how dominating the new blocks will be if the current layout is consented.
