Work is well underway with the relevelling of the Dorset Street Flats, with Japanese experts joining with local Mainmark staff to operate the intricate JOG Computer-Controlled Grouting system, which uses a web of injection points to sequentially pump minute amounts of fast setting fluid grout to both stabilise the ground and bring the structure back into line.
This is the same technology which Mainmark employed for the Christchurch Art Gallery, for which they won the International Project of the Year Award at the 2016 Ground Engineering Awards in London, UK.
