REBUILD UPDATE
The Christchurch City Council Heritage Advisors and Resource Consent Planners have come back with comments on the proposed rebuild plan. They are broadly supportive, though a consent process will still need to be undertaken for heritage compliance.
Based on this plan, the scope of the work is in the process of settled, and this will then be sent out to builders for costing.
