REBUILD UPDATE
Co-ordinating meeting on 28th March reviewed designs and worked through possible conflicts.
The existing floors will be left in place to enable the re-levelling process, however once this is done, they will be broken up, and new ground beams constructed and new floors cast.
Apart from some further design work need on the front elevation, the structural design has now been agreed.
The next meeting is set for 9th May, when the architect and engineer will present the full draft consent package design work.
